Placing an Order:
To place an order, just select the item and add to your cart. You can check out as guest or with a registered account (optional), however it is recommended to create an account on this website for easy reference and managing your orders both current or future. Information you provided in the account creation process will be used for all communication and delivery of your orders.
**For deliveries to Singapore addresses, due to additional shipping & Singapore GST charges, please share the items you wish to order and contact our customer service team via whatsapp to proceed with your order
Tracking Your Order
When you placed order, we will contact you by Whatsapp to double confirm for your order’s items and estimated delivery lead time. Once your orders are ready in our warehouse , our customer service team will Whatsapp to confirm an actual delivery date and estimated arrival time. On the deliver day, you will receive a call from one of our professional furniture movers to confirm a suitable time for delivery.

NOTE:
For delivery date arrangement is subjected to ALPHA HOME FURNITURE truck’s schedule as above and subject to product availability (ie custom made, pre-order items). This offer is exclusively for online purchases only. The delivery date & time will be determined by ALPHA HOME FURNITURE delivery team and we will inform customer delivery date at least 2-5 working days prior to actual delivery date.
General Delivery Policy

Delivery charges apply per trip to one point delivery address.
If multiple address are requested, separate deliver charges will apply for each delivery location. Additional charges will also apply for partial deliveries.

Assembly is included with delivery.
However, our team does not carry out permanent installations (e.g., drilling, lighting) or any electrical work.

No changes or cancellations are allowed once the order has been confirmed or processed.
Any requests for changes or cancellations after confirmation/processing are subject to additional charges, depending on the product type.
- An estimated order readiness date will be shared by our team prior to scheduling delivery. The typical delivery time frame is 3 to 4 weeks (subject to stock and schedule availability).
- Delivery dates are subject to ALPHA HOME FURNITURE scheduling availability and will be communicated 2 to 5 working days in advance.
- If the initially proposed delivery date is declined, the next available date may exceed the usual delivery time frame.
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability and incorrect information may incur penalties, including tax, additional delivery fees, and other applicable charges.

Delivery is available to ground floor, first floor, or any floors accessible by lift. Any residential access limitations must be disclosed prior delivery, as extra service fees may apply.

Customers must ensure the lift is large enough to accommodate the items purchased. Additional fees will apply per trip for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access. Labour charges for inaccessibility to lift / using staircase as below:
Malaysia : RM60 per floor
Singapore : SGD20 per floor
- To ensure that our goods are arrive with good condition, we use professional furniture movers who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. For small items (example : chairs, coffee table and etc) it will be fully installed before deliver. For big items, it will be installed on site. Your item/s will be hand unloaded, unpacking and carefully placed in your home or office.
Picking up Your Order
Once your stock is ready at our warehouse, our customer service team will Whatsapp or call to arrange your pick up date and time.

Signature on Delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
Once the goods arrive, kindly check your condition after our delivery team unpacking it. After checking goods condition, our delivery team will request the receiver sign on Delivery Order (DO) as provided . Our delivery team will also take photo for the items when it is unpacking and placed in your house / office.
Once receiver sign on Delivery Order (DO) to confirm the stock are in good condition, we have our right not to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered.
If You Will not be Home to Accept Delivery
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. Should you choose this option, please note that we take no responsibility for orders left unattended
